1. Copyright
No content or material of any kind (text, photo, image or source code) provided on our website www.whiskyfair.com / whiskyfair.de may be reproduced or redistributed without our permission.
2. Payment Methods
Payments can be made by bank transfer. Bank account information is provided at the end of this terms. First time customers have to pay in advance.
3. Returns Policies
We try to ensure, that all products supplied to our customers arrive in perfect condition. If you are unhappy with products purchased we will
refund your money, (excluding the delivery charge), or exchange the products if you inform us within 7 days after the day of delivery. You can use fax, email or letter to make a claim. Contact information is provided at the end of this terms
Any returned products must be returned to us in good condition, with all
packaging intact. All refunds and reimbursements will be paid within 30 days of your notifying. Any product returned must be within its original packaging and adequately packed to avoid any possible damage or loss of value. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the
customer.
4. Minimum legal age
We may only sell alcohol products to those over the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and the minimum
legal age for purchasing alcohol products in your country of residence.
5. Taxes and Duties
Alcohol products sold at our website are subject to German taxation of actually 19 percent, regardless to what country the order is sent (EU / non EU). Taxation is always included in all final prices. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Contact your local customs office if you require further information.
6. Delivery
Please note, deliveries are made Mon-Fri during business hours, to ensure
immediate delivery someone has to receive and to sign for the parcel. For international orders, delivery times vary depending on location. Delivery charges calculation is based on the weight of the product, the
destination (country) and prices of transport-supplier.
7. Availability
We have endeavoured to ensure the accuracy of the information on the site.
Should a product be unavailable, we will inform you of this promptly. Prices and specifications can change without notice and products are subject to availability.
8. Continuity of access / service
Our objective is to offer our customers the best possible service, but we
are unable to accept responsibility for interrupted access to our website due to technical problems outside of our control. Due to the nature of the Internet, access may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time, and we are therefore unable to guarantee entirely
error-free access and services.

10. Privacy policy
We collect some personal information in our registration form which we ask visitors to complete when signing in. This information is collected so that we can contact you with offers, and so that we can deliver orders if products are ordered online. No information will be given to third party.
